摘要 The present invention relates to an apartment smart power management system and an apartment smart power management method. The main objective of the present invention is to provide an apartment smart power management system and an apartment smart power management method, which can efficiently manage and use electrical energy in a limited installed capacity of an existing apartment. To achieve the objective of the present invention, the apartment smart power management system comprises an input means which is provided to input user setting information including a state of charge (SOC) desired by a user; an electric vehicle which includes a battery, a power conversion unit to perform bidirectional AC-DC power conversion between a charger in an apartment and the battery, and a controller to receive the user setting information and control driving of the power conversion unit for charge and discharge of the battery and which is connected to the charger of the apartment; and an integrated power management system which is able to communicate with the controller of the electric vehicle connected to each charger or the chargers to which the electric vehicles are connected and which controls the charge and discharge of the battery of each electric vehicle by receiving the user setting information, wherein the integrated power management system communicates with the controller of each electric vehicle or the charger to control the charge and discharge of the battery of each electric vehicle so that surplus power exceeding the SOC can be supplied from a power system to the battery of the corresponding electric vehicle or from the battery of each electric vehicle to the power system.
