PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical information processor capable of responding to a request for a proper deletion of patient information about a patient from the patient or the patient's family.SOLUTION: A deletion certificate issuance device 100 comprises: a deletion request reception unit 110 which receives a request for a deletion of patient information about a patient; a patient information search unit 120 which searches a storage unit of an external device to which the patient information mentioned by the received deletion request is stored; a temporary deletion registration unit 130 which, based on a patient information search result, deletes the patient information stored to the storage unit and registers temporary deletion information indicating that the patient information has been deleted temporarily from the storage unit; a deletion approval reception unit 140 which, based on the registered temporary deletion information, receives an approval indicating that the patient information has been deleted from the storage unit; and a deletion information generation unit 150 which, based on the approved temporary deletion information, generates deletion information indicating that the patient information has formally been deleted from the storage unit. |
