PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more efficiently provide correction of transfer errors.SOLUTION: A transfer management system comprises: a storage unit for storing information on a plurality of transfer transactions that have resulted in errors; a reception unit for receiving a collective correction request form including a plurality of transaction correction requests prepared by a client; a retrieval processing unit for retrieving transfer transaction information corresponding to each of the transaction correction requests written on the collective correction request form, from the storage unit, based on the content of each of the transaction correction requests; and a correction processing unit for correcting the transfer transactions retrieved by the retrieval processing unit on the basis of correction requests corresponding to the transfer transactions. |
