PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system capable of conducting a questionnaire survey related to elements included in a movement route from a departure place to a destination.SOLUTION: An information processing server comprises: a network information database for storing network information which defines a traffic network; and a questionnaire information database for storing questionnaire object information and questionnaire content information. A route search condition including at least a departure place and a destination is set and route information is searched on the basis of the network information and the search condition. It is determined whether to conduct questionnaire on the basis of the route information and the questionnaire information database. When it is determined to conduct questionnaire, output information including the questionnaire content information is generated.
