PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an envelope for vulcanizing a regenerated tire, which can suppress thermal degradation of a base tire, can improve the durability of the regenerated tire, can shorten a vulcanizing time and can improve the productivity of the regenerated tire.SOLUTION: The envelope for vulcanizing the regenerated tire is a circular envelope which is formed by sticking vulcanized tread rubber to a crown part of the base tire, the envelope having the crown part and sidewall parts, with unvulcanized cushion rubber being interposed therebetween. The envelope has the inside diameter larger than the outside diameter of the base tire with the vulcanized tread rubber and with which the full outside surface of the base tire with the vulcanized tread rubber can be covered. The envelope is characterized in that the thermal conductivity of a rubber part to be contacted with the vulcanized tread rubber is higher than that of the rubber part to be contacted with the sidewall part. |
