PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system in which power generation of a fuel cell can be continued even in the case of opening failure of an injector.SOLUTION: A fuel cell system includes a fuel cell stack 10, a fuel gas supply passage through which fuel gas flows toward an anode passage 12, a shutoff valve 22 provided in the fuel gas supply passage, a first injector 23 provided in the fuel gas supply passage in the downstream of the shutoff valve 22, a pressure sensor 27 for detecting the anode pressure, i.e., the pressure of the anode passage 12, opening failure detection means for detecting opening failure of the first injector 23, and shutoff valve control means for controlling the opening and closing of the shutoff valve 22. When opening failure of the first injector 23 is detected, the shutoff valve control means opens the shutoff valve 22 if the anode pressure goes below a lower limit pressure, and closes the shutoff valve 22 if the anode pressure goes above a lower limit pressure and above the upper limit pressure for closing the shutoff valve 22. |
