PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a circuit scale from increasing while maintaining distortion compensation performance.SOLUTION: A distortion compensation device includes a storage section, an address generation section and a distortion compensation processing section. The storage section stores a distortion compensation coefficient for compensating for a distortion caused in an amplifier for amplifying an input signal, in association with a combination of two addresses. The address generation section generates a first address for acquiring the distortion compensation coefficient from the storage section on the basis of a power value of a present signal. Furthermore, every time a new addend is calculated, the address generation section delays a sum value of the power value of the present signal and the addend by a predetermined time. The address generation section generates a second address on the basis of a sum value resulting from the calculation from the delayed sum value of a new addend smaller than the sum value. The distortion compensation processing section acquires the distortion compensation coefficient corresponding to the combination of the first address and the second address from the storage section, and performs distortion compensation processing using the distortion compensation coefficient on the signal to be input into the amplifier. |
