PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an AC impedance measuring device capable of highly accurately measuring and calculating an AC impedance in relatively short time with an inexpensive and comparatively simple configuration, without being influenced by a mounting place and frequency characteristics of a current detection device.SOLUTION: An AC impedance measuring device includes: a measured battery control means which controls a battery to be measured so that the battery to be measured outputs a transitional fluctuation component; and an AC impedance operating part which obtains an AC impedance based on the transitional fluctuation component outputted from the battery to be measured. |
