Then, the specified light reception angle range &thetas; and the reflected light reception intensity at the light reception angle range &thetas; are checked up with model angle data (S250). In S250, the axis angle highest in the degree of coincidence as a result of the check up is specified. If the specified axis angle is not 0, it is informed as the indication of axis deviation.
