PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device and an electronic device that efficiently utilize light to be output from a backlight.SOLUTION: An opening part transmitting light includes a display area part that serves as a pixel in which a plurality of first line segments extending in a first direction and a plurality of second line segments extending in a second direction intersecting with the first direction intersect with each other and the opening part is divided by a non-opening part arranged in a lattice shape is arranged in a matrix. The display area part has a color filter that has a chromatic filter corresponding to the opening part of the pixel arranged, and a plurality of metallic layers that is laminated on the color filter and when viewed from a front face of the display area part, has a metallic film arranged at a position overlapped on the non-opening part. The plurality of metallic layers are configured such that among the plurality of metallic layers, the metallic film of a maximum area in an area where the metallic layer is overlapped on the first line segment is the same as the metallic film of a maximum area in an area where the metallic layer is overlapped on the second line segment, and the metallic film of the maximum area is formed of a metallic film having maximum reflectance. |
