PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blow molding device and a blow molding method capable of performing blow molding with a high yield in the production of a blow-molded part having an integrated component.SOLUTION: The blow molding device comprises: a die core 60; a blow molding mold 20; a parison holding apparatus 30; and an integrated component holding apparatus 40. The parison holding apparatus 30 includes: a parison expanders 31; and a parison outside holding plate 32. The integrated component holding apparatus 40 has: an integrated component air tight guide cylinder 42; and an integrated component holding rod 41. The lower edge of the parison 8 is expanded with a plurality of parison expanders 31, the upper edge of the integrated component air tight guide cylinder 42 is inserted into the lower edge of the parison, thereafter, the upper edge of the integrated component air tight cylinder 42 and the lower edge of the parison 8 are held with the parison outside holding plate 32, and pre-blow molding is performed. After the pre-blow, an integrated component 10 is located in the parison, after the holding of the parison 8 and the integrated component 10 with a slide core 26, the blow molding mold 20 is closed, and a blow is performed. |
