PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic apparatus capable of displaying information related to a three-dimensional posture of a medical instrument being operated by an operator inside the body of a subject during an intravascular operation, etc.SOLUTION: An X-ray diagnostic apparatus 1 includes: a C arm; an X-ray tube arranged at one end of the C arm and exposing a subject to X-rays; an X-ray detector arranged at the other end of the C arm to face the X-ray tube and detecting the X-rays; first and second fluoroscopic image data acquisition units 78, 79 for performing X-ray imaging at respective view points including at least the first view point and the second view point by rotating the C arm, and acquiring first and second fluoroscopic image data; a two-dimensional geometric conversion processing unit 74 for performing image conversion processing with respect to the second fluoroscopic image data; a motion vector calculation unit 75 for calculating a motion vector between the first fluoroscopic image and the second fluoroscopic image after the image conversion processing; and a display device 39 for displaying an image corresponding to the motion vector during the displaying of continuous fluoroscopic images. |
