PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of realizing convenience improvement of a visitor at the time of reception of visiting.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus comprises: a document reading part for reading a document and generating image data of the document; a print part for printing an image on the basis of the image data on a recording medium; and a control part for controlling the document reading part and the print part. The control part reads out, according to an operation by a visitor, image data from a data storage destination whose access limit is released with an input of an authentication ID given to the visitor, and controls the print part to print an image based on the read-out image data on a recording medium while storing the image data acquired from the document reading part in the data storage destination. |
