The present invention relates to a performance test device for a cylinder head gasket, using steam and hydraulic pressure. More particularly, the performance test device comprises a body unit, which includes at least one sub valve; a cylinder block unit, which includes at least one cylinder bore formed corresponding to the sub valve; a head unit, which is formed in the upper part of the cylinder block unit; a test body, which includes a cylinder head gasket formed to seal the cylinder head unit and the cylinder block unit; a thermal shock unit, which is formed to supply hot steam or cooling water to the cylinder bore from one side of the cylinder block unit; a pressurization and excitation unit, which is formed in one side of an oil sensor unit detecting oil leakage from the outside of the cylinder bore and the body unit and controls the combustion pressure and vibration of the body unit having the sub valve; a first control valve, which is formed between the cylinder block unit and the thermal shock unit in order to supply hot steam and cooling water to the test body; and a second control valve, which is formed between the head unit and the thermal shock unit so that the hot steam and cooling water discharged from the cylinder head unit can be recovered to the thermal shock unit. |
