The present invention relates to a device which is installed on a head unit (100) of an electronic part inserting device and detects whether an electronic part, which is inserted into a printed circuit board (PCB), is accurately inserted to a predetermined depth. The PCB part insertion detecting device is characterized in comprising: a sensing dog (130) attached to one side of a slide (110) where a finger, which is elevated by a cam (11) and grips an electronic part and inserts the part into a PCB, is provided; a first contact sensor (210) which is installed on one side of the head unit (100) and touches the sensing dog (130) and moves back, when the slide (110) is lowered; and a second contact sensor (220) which is installed side by side to be apart from one side of the first contact sensor (210) and touches the sensing dog (130) and moves back, when the sensing dog (130) continues to be lowered in contact with the first contact sensor (210). When only the first contact sensor (210) touches the sensing dog (130), an insertion state is determined to be′normal′. On the other hand, when both the first contact sensor (210) and the second contact sensor (220) do not touch the sensing dog (130), or when both the first contact sensor (210) and the second contact sensor (220) touch the sensing dog (130), the insertion state is determined to be′erroneous′. |
