The present invention relates to a blood collecting device including a coil unit of winding thread and a method of using the same and, more specifically, to a blood collecting device including a coil unit of winding thread to collect blood for examining the health conditions and testing diseases capable of pressurizing and tying a finger not to allow blood in capillary vessels of the finger to flow when a blood-collecting needle is put into the finger to get blood and a method of using the same. According to the present invention, the blood collecting device including a coil unit of winding thread includes: a housing which has a cylindrical shape with a certain depth and width; a pressurization member which is installed at the top of the housing; a piston which is installed inside the housing and is elevated by the pressurization member; a lancet which is installed at the bottom of the piston; a blood-collecting needle which is installed at the bottom of the lancet; and a cap which is installed at the bottom of the housing to cover and protect the lancet and the blood-collecting needle and has a through hole to expose the blood-collecting needle at the center. On the outer circumference of the housing, a coil unit in which winding thread to tie a finger is wound is placed. The method of using the blood collecting device including a coil unit of winding thread includes: a first step of exposing the winding thread to a certain length; a second step of pressurizing and tying a finger not to allow blood in capillary vessels of the finger to flow using the exposed winding thread; and a third step of putting the blood-collecting needle into a certain area of the finger which is pressurized by the winding thread and collecting blood.
