As for a ginseng steamer for making red ginseng, which is disclosed according to the present invention, the temperature deviation inside a steamer main body can be decreased by installing an appropriate number of temperature sensors inside the steamer main body, setting an average value (a temperature setting value) of temperature values of a predetermined number of temperature sensors having a low deviation, utilizing the temperature setting value for temperature control, and uniformly raising the temperature in proportion to the time. In addition, thermoelectric modules are further installed at four sides of the steamer main body, and thus, in the case where there is a predetermined difference between a temperature value of a temperature sensor which is not utilized for temperature control and the temperature setting value utilized for temperature control, the thermoelectric module which is the closest to the corresponding temperature sensor is operated, thereby further decreasing the whole temperature deviation inside the steamer main body and achieving precise temperature control, so that the quality of red ginseng can be maximized. |
