PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a registration device that has at least a state prior to a start of a registration process protected when the registration process is interrupted.SOLUTION: In a registration device including a memory having the number of maximum registrable ID codes set to four ID codes and an on-vehicle control part registering an input ID code in the memory, the memory is provided with ID code storage areas 61 to 65 storing five ID codes; and a management data storage area 60 storing management data indicative of whether the ID code respectively stored in the ID code storage areas 61 to 65 is valid or invalid. The on-vehicle control part registers input ID code to a storage object data storage area made invalid by the management data, and rewrites the management data so that the registered storage object data storage area is valid. |
