PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a geared motor in which the shavings of a support shaft can be reduced when press fitting a retaining member.SOLUTION: A geared motor includes a deceleration output member 22 supported rotatably on a support shaft 24, and an annular push nut 36 (retaining member) attached to the support shaft 24 from the tip side thereof, and retaining the deceleration output member 22 on the support shaft 24. The support shaft 24 has a small diameter part 24d, the diameter of which is smaller than that of a press fitted part 24c, where the push nut 36 is press fitted and fixed in place, at a part closer to the tip side than the press fitted part 24c. |
