PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for suppressing the generation of a peculiar bad smell which stinks out of a food and drink product containing minerals, vitamin E and an emulsifier and is derived from decomposition products of vitamin E when vitamin E is oxidized or decomposed.SOLUTION: A method for suppressing deterioration of flavor of the food and drink product containing minerals, vitamin E and the emulsifier comprises a step of incorporating an organic acid and/or salt thereof into the food and drink product containing minerals, vitamin E and the emulsifier. |
