PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electromagnetic shield property at a higher level than the prior arts.SOLUTION: A stator 5 comprises: a stator core 9 including a plurality of teeth 13 and an annular core body 14 holding the plurality of teeth 13; a plurality of stator windings 10 wound around the plurality of teeth 13; a plurality of terminal pins 11 connected to the plurality of stator windings 10; a terminal pin holding part 12a for holding the plurality of terminal pins 11; and an electromagnetic shield 8 including an annular shield body 20 covering the plurality of teeth 13. The stator core 9 further includes a wiring penetration part 16 with which a wiring through hole 16a opened in an axial center direction is formed. The plurality of terminal pins 11 are disposed so as to pass the inside of the wiring through hole 16a. Each of the terminal pins 11 includes a winding end portion connecting part 11a to which an end portion 10a of each of the stator windings 10 is connected. The electromagnetic shield 8 further includes a terminal pin cover part 22 for covering the winding end portion connection part 11a of each of the terminal pins 11.
