PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform diagnosis of air-conditioning facilities or computation of an energy consumption excluding inspection data even during an inspection operation.SOLUTION: An air-conditioning diagnostic device includes measurement data definition means used for diagnosis associated with air conditioning facilities, measurement data gathering means of gathering data measured by respective measuring instruments in the facilities, operation information setting means of setting a facility group associated with inspection, and inspection operation detection means of automatically determining whether the measurement data is in an inspection state from temporal behavior of the data. When the facility group that the inspection data detected by the inspection operation detection means belongs to is set in a non-inspection state, a warning is made with a facility group name thereof. |
