PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately determine a market area.SOLUTION: A population density calculation means 13 calculates population density regarding a unit section belonging to a prescribed range with a position of a subject shop as a center. A movement allowable time calculation means 14 extracts sales room area and position information of the specified shop from a shop data storage means, determines corresponding movement allowable time from the extracted sales area and calculated population density in and the unit section and determines it as the movement allowable time for a customer in the unit section for the subject shop. A market area determination means 15 determines the area that can be moved to the subject shop within the movement allowable time as the market area range by using the calculated movement allowable time and the road connection information. |
