PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ACF sticking apparatus and an ACF sticking method capable of precisely sticking an ACF tape piece to a target sticking position on a substrate.SOLUTION: The ACF sticking apparatus performs positioning of an ACF tape piece 4s which is formed on a base tape BT above a substrate 2. The ACF sticking apparatus calculates a movement amount "m" of the ACF tape piece 4s which is moved in a horizontal direction along a conveyance direction of a tape Tp by a tape conveyer unit 22 when a press tool 30 presses down the tape Tp to stick the ACF tape piece 4s to the substrate 2. The ACF sticking apparatus performs positioning of the ACF tape piece 4s while considering the calculated movement amount "m" of the tape Tp in the horizontal direction along the conveyance direction by the tape conveyer unit 22. |
