A conventional chair has a backrest which has an optimal shape corresponding to the human body or is made of an elastic material in order to provide comfort for users on the chair. But such conventional chair can not be optimized for various users having different heights. So, the present invention enables users to adjust the height of a backrest in response to this problem. The backrest also enables users to conveniently adjust the height while seated on a chair, to tilt the backrest forwards or backwards, to move the backrest forwards or backwards, thereby properly corresponding to users having different body shapes and to the change of a support point caused by the posture change of users. |
