A dialysate supply unit according to the present invention comprises: a dialysate pump cylinder connected to a dialysate tank and a blood dialyzing filter; a discharging liquid pump cylinder connected to the blood dialyzing filter and the discharging liquid tank; a piston which is installed inside the dialysate and discharging liquid pump cylinder as being able to move back and forth; a piston driver which moves the piston back and forth; flow path blocking valves which can selectively block or open dialysate flow path and discharging liquid flow path; and a flow path blocking valve driver. Dialysate in the dialysate tank is flowed through the dialysate pump cylinder, and dialysate of the blood dialyzing filter is flowed to the discharging liquid pump cylinder when piston is move backwards; and dialysate of dialysate pump cylinder is flowed through the blood dialyzing filter and dialysate of the discharging liquid pump cylinder is flowed through the discharging liquid tank when the piston is moving forward. A blood dialyzing apparatus according to the present invention: maintains flow rate of discharging liquid removed from the blood dialyzing filter and flow rate of dialysate supplied to the blood dialyzing filter using the dialysate supply unit having a simple structure which includes the cylinder and piston; and rapidly and drastically changes pressure of dialysate inside the blood dialyzing filter. Therefore, moisture change between blood and dialysate inside the blood dialyzing filter and material change through the same can be maximized while blood dialyzing is progressed, and blood dialyzing efficiency can be enhanced without increasing flow rate of blood and dialysate or size of the blood dialyzing filter. |
