The objective of the present invention is to provide a load monitoring device of a machine operation unit. According to the present invention, a machine device has an operation unit in a main frame and performs a machining operation for an object to be machined according to the operation of the operation unit. The load monitoring device comprises a load monitoring control unit (10), which monitors pressure applied to the operation unit of the machine device; a cylinder (20), which is equipped with a sheet (22) connected to the operation unit and has a pressure room (24) between the sheet (22) and the inner part; a pressure tank (30), which is connected to the pressure room (24) inside the cylinder (20); an overload protector (40), which is arranged between the pressure tank (30) and the pressure room (24) of the cylinder (20) and checks the overload applied to the operation unit of the machine device; an pressure conversion device (50), which is connected between the overload protector (40) and the load monitoring control unit (10) and transmits a signal to the load monitoring control unit (10) when overload pressure on the operation unit of the machine device is checked by the overload protector (40); and an alarming unit (600), which generates a warning signal according to the overload pressure on the operation unit of the machine device transmitted by the pressure conversion device (50). |
