PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit that, even when its associated power supply is turned off, can prevent other semiconductor integrated circuits from becoming unable to perform correct transmission/reception.SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit having an output MOS transistor with a power supply side electrode connected to a power terminal and an output side electrode connected to an output terminal, and capable of turning on/off the output MOS transistor so as to communicate with another semiconductor integrated circuit connected to the output terminal is provided with a back gate control circuit for controlling an electrical potential of a back gate of the output MOS transistor so as to interrupt a current path between the power terminal and the output terminal when a power supply connected to the power terminal is off. |
