PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize the power in a mobile, performing the powering and regeneration, efficiently.SOLUTION: Within a second limit current (±I_adj_max) that is set based on the performance of a secondary battery 140, the upper limit (I_adj_limit) or lower limit (-I_adj_limit) of a SOC adjustment current (I_adj) corresponding to the load power (request power and regeneration power) of a vehicle 100 is determined. Furthermore, a charge discharge controller 170 determines the SOC adjustment current (I_adj) corresponding to the measured value of SOC of the secondary battery 140, by using an adjustment logic determined based on the limit value of the SOC adjustment current I_adj. |
