<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a train congestion alleviation support device and a train congestion alleviation support method capable of supporting alleviation of train congestion.SOLUTION: Search condition receiving means receives search conditions including boarding station information indicating a boarding station designated by a user, exit station information indicating an exit station and time zone information indicating a time zone. Boarding route acquisition means acquires, on the basis of the received search conditions, a boarding route including: a line where a train, which is in service in the time zone indicated by the time zone information and to be used by the user to reach from the boarding station to the exit station, travels; and a departure time of the train at the boarding station. Search means searches congestion rates of respective train cars stored, in a congestion rate data base, in association with the line and departure time included in the acquired boarding route and the boarding station. Output means outputs the acquired boarding route and the searched congestion rates of the respective train cars.</p> |
