The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a nonwoven fabric processed with eco-friendly functional therapy, which can be used as cosmetic cotton, nose packs, mask packs or cleansing pads having the functions of keratin therapy, sebum therapy or finger-pressure therapy, by using natural fibers ro animony-free microfibers as a raw material, molding the raw material into a non-woven fabric via a water-jet method, and processing at least one surface of the molded non-woven fabric with functional therapy. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an economical and eco-friendly nonwoven fabric processed with eco-friendly functional therapy by applying the processing of various kinds of functional therapy via various methods such as application and partial immersion to a fiber web or at least one surface of the finished nonwoven fabric. The present invention can provide an eco-friendly nonwoven fabric harmless to a human body by manufacturing the nonwoven fabric via an eco-friendly material and an eco-friendly water-jet method, and enables a user to give therapy effects by immersing daily essence as at least one surface is processed with functional therapy processing liquid via various kinds of methods such as gravure processing. |
