PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diffusate diffusion state prediction device that enables improvement in grasping a diffusion state of a diffusate, while estimating a generation source with higher accuracy, and to provide a diffusate diffusion state prediction method and program.SOLUTION: A diffusate diffusion state prediction device 10A according to the present invention is the diffusate diffusion state prediction device that predicts a diffusion state of a radioactive substance to be released from a generation source P releasing the radioactive substance into the atmosphere, and has a first measurement part 21 that measures the radioactive substance, using a plurality of measurement devices 18-1 to 18-I; a generation source estimation process part 22A that estimates an estimation area A including the generation source P, using reverse estimation means 26A for performing a reverse estimation of the radioactive substance; and a narrowing-down part 23A that narrows down the generation source P, using radioactive substance observation devices 19-1 to 19-n; a diffusion prediction part 24 that predicts a diffusion state of the radioactive substance, using a diffusion model. |
