PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boil-off gas combustion treatment system and a boil-off gas combustion treatment method capable of efficiently performing a combustion treatment on boil-off gas generated from liquefied natural gas.SOLUTION: A combustion treatment system for boil-off gas generated from liquefied natural gas includes: a pressurized combustor combusting the boil-off gas; a supercharger provided on an air supply path for supplying air to the pressurized combustor, and compressing the air using exhaust gas from the pressurized combustor; and a first heat exchanger provided in a portion of an air supply path extending between the pressurized combustor and the supercharger, and cooling the air using cold of the liquefied natural gas or the boil-off gas.
