PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine use management system and a medicine use management method for enabling the user of medicine to properly use medicine, and for enabling the user of medicine to easily grasp which type of medicine is prescribed without using a medicine pocketbook.SOLUTION: A medicine use management system 100 includes: a medicine information input acceptance part 111 for accepting the input of information related to the usage and/or dosage of medicine; a power storage part 112 for storing information input by the medicine information input acceptance part 111 as medicine pocketbook information for each user; a use confirmation part 113 for allowing each user to confirm at least whether or not the medicine has been used on the date when the medicine should have been used on the basis of the medicine pocketbook information stored in the storage part 112; and a medicine pocketbook information updating part 114 for updating the medicine pocketbook information by reflecting the confirmation result of the use confirmation part 113 on the medicine pocketbook information. |
