PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat fitting structure for a motor cycle capable of improving flexibility of designing such as equipment layout, height of a seat and the like without a cross pipe for supporting a front part of a seat.SOLUTION: Right-and-left pair of pins 54, 54 facing rear oblique upper direction are provided on a seat rail 26, and right-and-left pair of pin engaging holes are provided on a front part of a rider seat 22. By engagement of the pins 54, 54 to the pin engaging holes, the front part of the rider seat 22 is supported by the seat rail 26. A rear part of the rider seat 22 is fastened to the seat rail 26 by a fastening structure 69 which fastens and relaxes freely. |
