PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain efficiency improvement/labor saving in field work when installing a substation facility for transforming from a distribution line voltage to a voltage for mid-to-high-rise collective houses.SOLUTION: An installation structure comprises: a housing rack 55 constructed by assembling a plurality of unit frames 50a, 50b each formed from an angle material 50, so as to be disassembled; a fixing means for fixing any other substation facility than a transformer 40 to the unit frames 50a, 50b; wiring means 10-14 for connecting devices included in the substation facility with each other in the state where the housing rack 55 is assembled; a transformer installation space which is formed within the housing rack 55 in the assembled state and in which the transformer 40 is installed; a jack part 30 which is engaged to the angle material 50 positioned on a bottom face of the installation space for the transformer 40, and capable of moving back and forth in a vertical direction; and an operation part 31 which is connected to the jack part 30 and supplies a driving force for moving the jack part 30 back and forth. The operation part 31 has a length from the jack part 30 to an upper side of the transformer 40. |
