PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle head lamp which can make compatible the design performance of a vehicle front and optical needs, and a vehicle having the vehicle head lamp.SOLUTION: First and second LED light sources are arranged in parallel in the vehicle width direction so that the irradiation directions of light to a corresponding first reflector 47 for a low beam and light to a corresponding second reflector 48 for a high beam are directed substantially downward from the vehicle, and the first and second reflectors 47, 48 are arranged so as to reflect the light emitted from the first and second light sources 42, 43 to the vehicle front, and second inner lenses 53 extending toward the vehicle width direction over a region of the vehicle width direction in which the first and second reflectors 47, 48 are arranged are arranged in upper regions at sides opposite to the irradiation directions of the first and second LED light sources 42, 43 in the vehicle vertical direction with respect to the first and second light sources 42, 43. |
