PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treating agent for fiber which can form a coating film that is excellent in adhesiveness with a matrix resin, and hardly forms folded wrinkles and is excellent in shape retention even when a stress is applied to a fiber and is deformed, in the fiber, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A treating agent for fiber contains an aqueous medium, polyamide dispersed in the aqueous medium, and a phenol-based compound. |
