PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise reduction structure that is of simpler construction.SOLUTION: A noise reduction structure 100 includes: a conductive member 10 including an extension part 15 and a projection part 11 provided projectively from the extension part 15; a dielectric 71 disposed around an outer periphery of the projection part 11; and a conductive member 20 disposed around an outer periphery of the dielectric 71. The conductive member 20 includes a clamp part 22 for clamping the projection part 11 via the dielectric 71, and a connection part 24 for connecting the clamp part 22 to a ground potential 60.
