PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable connector which stabilizes electrical characteristics by suppressing elastic deformation of a differential signal transmission cable, and facilitates connection by reducing the number of components, and to provide a cable assembly and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: A connector body 20 is provided with ground contacts 22-24, and signal line contacts 25 located between respective ground contacts 22-24 via a gap. At the ends projecting from the sidewall 20c of the connector body 20 of respective ground contacts 22-24, front side arms 22b, 23b and back side arms 24d, 24e, extending toward respective signal line contacts 25, are provided integrally. While arranging respective signal line conductors 41 for respective signal line contacts 25, an external conductor 43 is held by the front side arms 22b, 23b and back side arms 24d, 24e. |
