PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a rice-malt seasoning, and to provide a method for preventing contamination of the rice-malt seasoning.SOLUTION: The method for producing the rice-malt seasoning comprises the step of adding common salt and ethanol to rice malt so that a common salt concentration becomes 1%-30% and an ethanol concentration becomes 1%-40%. The method for preventing contamination of the rice-malt seasoning is also disclosed. |
