<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simplified supervision control device having a mode management function to switch a supervision mode and a control mode in order to prevent the multiple control of a control target device without use of hardware dedicated for the assignment of a control right, in a remote supervision control system having a plurality of operation consoles enabling controlling the control target device and portable terminals.SOLUTION: The supervision control device includes: a function of receiving information transmitted from a remote supervision control device sub-station 21 to recognize a line state between a remote supervision control device master station 13 and the remote supervision control device sub-station 21; when a plurality of terminal devices 23 of an identical type are connected to a transmission network 24 between the remote supervision control device master station 13 and the remote supervision control device sub-station 21, a function of receiving information transmitted from another terminal device 23 to recognize the mode information of the other terminal device 23; and on the basis of these two functions, mode management means for deciding a switchover between the supervision mode and the control mode.</p> |
