PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrification heating type catalyst device improving the heat cycle fatigue characteristic of a wiring.SOLUTION: An electrification heating type catalyst device includes: a carrier 20 that comprises ceramic on which a catalyst is carried; a pair of surface electrodes 31 that are opposite to each other and extended in the axial direction of the carrier; a comb-shaped wiring 32 that is supplied electric power from the outside to the surface electrodes 31; and a plurality of fixation layers 33 that fixes the wiring 32 to the surface electrodes 31. The electrification heating type catalyst device performs electrification heating to the carrier 20 through the surface electrodes 31. The elongation of the wiring 32 is 15% or more.
