PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environment-responsive urethane prepolymer composition used by reacting an active hydrogen in its component with a crosslinking agent to achieve higher molecular weight, having little restriction of usable life with a liquid state from 30°C with no solvent without using an organic solvent and water, hardly generating release of a volatile organic substance to atmosphere, and to provide a two liquid-type coating agent and a synthetic imitation leather using the same.SOLUTION: There is provided an urethane prepolymer composition which is used by reacting an active hydrogen in its component with a crosslinking agent to achieve higher molecular weight, containing 20 to 80 mass% of a hydroxyl group terminal urethane prepolymer having the hydroxyl value of 10 to 100 mgKOH/g and further containing 20 to 80 mass% of an oligomer, as a medium of the polymer, having no urethane bound and having the hydroxyl value of 20 to 400 mgKOH/g capable of crosslinking with the crosslinking agent, substantially having nonvolatile content of 100%, and being in a liquid state at least at a temperature of 30°C. |
