PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress, even when continuous reception of light from a high-luminance subject causes a variation in power supply, occurrence of a smear phenomenon without propagating its influence to a post-stage processing circuit.SOLUTION: A voltage signal in resetting electric charges of a floating diffusion unit of a light shielding pixel is held in a first storage unit, and a voltage signal corresponding to electric charges generated in a photoelectric conversion unit of a light receiving pixel is held in a second storage unit. |
