PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress variation in a reference voltage that is generated by a reference voltage circuit.SOLUTION: A reference voltage circuit 100 includes: a first current source 101 that generates a first current; a second current source 102 that generates a second current with a predetermined current mirror ratio with respect to the first current and can adjust the second current according to a trimming signal; a first diode 103 that is connected between the first current source 101 and a second power source; a second diode 104 that is connected between the second current source 102 and the second power source; a measurement circuit 105 that measures the voltage of the first diode 103 and the voltage of the second diode 104; and a reference voltage output circuit 106 that outputs a reference voltage according to the first current or second current. |
