PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical filter module capable of avoiding irradiating a measurement object with high-power light even if an optical filter is damaged or falls off.SOLUTION: An optical filter module 1 includes a first optical fiber 10, a first lens 20, an optical filter part 30, a second lens 40, and a second optical fiber 50. The optical filter part 30 is made up such that an optical filter 31 is held between a transparent component 32 and a transparent component 33. A loss in optical coupling of the optical fiber 10 to the optical fiber 50 in a wavelength, at which a transmissivity of the optical filter part 30 is highest, is less than 5 dB when the optical filter part 30 is arranged at a prescribed position on an optical path, and 30 dB or more when the optical filter part 30 is not arranged on the optical path. |
