PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission apparatus having few components.SOLUTION: The power transmission apparatus is a transfer apparatus 1 which includes an input shaft 11, an output shaft body 31, a ring gear 15, a pinion gear 32, a bearing 21, and a case 50 housing the input shaft 11, etc. and having a support part 56. The pinion gear 32 is arranged on the side of the bearing 21, the case 50 is divided into a first case 60 and a second case 70. When the case 50 is divided into the first case 60 and the second case 70, the support part 56 is divided into a first support part 57 for the first case 60 and a second support part 58 for the second case 70, and when assembling, the pinion gear 32 and the output shaft body 31 are inserted from an aperture 61a into the first case 60 in a second axis direction. In viewing in the second axis direction, a portion of the first support part 57 to be superposed on the pinion gear 32 is notched so as not to interfere with the pinion gear 32 upon assembling. |
