PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisturizing method and a moisturizing device by and with which a higher moisturizing effect can be obtained.SOLUTION: A moisturizing device 100 is a moisturizing device for moisturizing the skin or the hair, and includes: an ion generating device 7 generating positive ions and negative ions coupled with water molecules from air due to electric discharge in the atmosphere; and a hot steam generating device 2 spouting hot steam. Irradiation with the positive ions and the negative ions from the ion generating device 7 is performed together with spout of the hot steam from the hot steam generating device 2 to the skin or the hair. |
