PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a target, while suppressing probability of wrongly determining an unwanted signal as a target.SOLUTION: A transmission part 21 transmits an FMCW signal. A signal processor 22 generates a beat signal from a reception signal and transmission signal, and identifies a beat frequency from the beat signal. A beat frequency tracking part 23 tracks the beat frequency, and an identical target determination part 24 determines whether or not a target is an identical target, using a distance and a velocity approximate value which are obtained for each chirp. A target information calculation part 25 calculates a distance and velocity of a pair of targets having been associated with each other as identical targets. A stationary object out-of-range determination part 27 determines whether the beat frequency of the target is out of a stationary object range as to the target deemed to be not identical. A target output determination part 28 for up-chirp and a target output determination part 29 for down-chirp convert the distance and velocity of the target output from tracking filters determined to be out of the stationary object range into a beat frequency of a different chirp and, when the beat frequency of the different chirp falls within the stationary object range, output the distance and velocity of the target. |
